Website privacy notice
What this website and the waitlist collect, why, and your choices.
Last updated 4 November 2026
Who we are
This website, ww2battleforces.com, is run by Klassic Studios Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), based in Perth, Western Australia. You can reach us at admin@klassicstudios.com.
This notice covers the website and the waitlist only. The game itself has its own privacy policy.
The waitlist
The waitlist is a Google Form shown on our homepage. When you join, we receive:
- your email address
- your name, if you give it
- whether you play on Android or iPhone
- the time you signed up
We use these only to email you about the game: news on its development, beta testing invitations for your platform, and the launch. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to any other list.
Your answers are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets in our Google account. Google handles them as our service provider under the Google Privacy Policy. The form is loaded from Google's servers, so Google may also set its own cookies when you view it.
Leaving the list: every email we send has a way to unsubscribe, or you can email admin@klassicstudios.com at any time and we'll remove you. We delete the waitlist once it has served its purpose after launch.
The trailer
The trailer is a YouTube video in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube's terms and the Google Privacy Policy apply to the video.
Emailing us
If you email us, we use your address and message to reply, and keep the conversation as long as it's useful for helping you.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like any web server, it records basic details of each request (IP address, the page asked for, the browser's name and the time) to keep the site running and secure. These logs are not used to identify you or for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The Google Form and the YouTube video (once you press play) come from Google and may set Google's cookies, as described above.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@klassicstudios.com. We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles and, for visitors in the EU, EEA and UK, the GDPR. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or your local data protection authority.
Children
The website, the waitlist and the game are not aimed at anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their details. If you think a child has joined the waitlist, email us and we'll remove them.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
