Pre-register for WW2 Battle Forces on Google Play and get the Recruit's Kit free when the game launches.

1. The offer
Klassic Studios Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), of Perth, Western Australia, gives the Recruit's Kit to players who pre-register for WW2 Battle Forces on Google Play and then install the game. These terms cover that reward only.
2. Who can get it
- Pre-register on the game's Google Play page while pre-registration is open, in a country where Google Play offers it.
- Then install WW2 Battle Forces from Google Play on an Android device signed in to the same Google account.
- One reward per Google account.
3. What you get
The Recruit's Kit: 300 War Bonds, 5,000 gold, 12 kit parts (two of each type) and 5 sim tickets.
It is the same one-per-account pack sold in the game's store, so an account that receives it as this reward can't also buy it. If the game changes before launch, we may replace an item in the kit with one of equal or greater value.
4. How it's delivered
Automatically, through Google Play, the first time you open the game after installing it, with an internet connection and signed in to Google Play with the account you pre-registered with.
If it doesn't arrive, email admin@klassicstudios.com and tell us the Google account you pre-registered with, and we'll look into it.
5. Rules
- The reward is in-game content with no cash value. It can't be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to another account or person, and it can't be refunded.
- It's for personal, non-commercial use in the game.
- We may remove the reward from an account that obtained it by fraud, by exploiting a fault, or otherwise against these terms.
6. Changes to the offer
If we have to change or end the offer, for example because the launch moves, we'll update this page and the date at the top. A reward already delivered won't be taken back, except under section 5.
7. Google
Google is not a sponsor of this offer and is not responsible for it. Google Play's own terms apply to pre-registering and installing.
8. Your information
Pre-registration is handled by Google Play; we don't receive your name or email address from it. What the game itself handles is described in the game's privacy policy.
9. Your rights and the law
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that can't be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia.
